That's clearly the best.
Not many people do it like that today.
I remember a case well with my brother, who trained as a WebMaster.
At school he was criticized for creating everything from scratch, because this took too long.
The students were required to use existing scripts and build on them in order to work as efficiently as possible.
In one case, it turned out that the entire class had used scripts with serious flaws so that the result did not work satisfactorily, while my brother's worked optimally - because he had created all the scripts from scratch.
Music is also like that; it is always best to create things from scratch.
Many of the styles and sounds that are available internally on the Pa5X were created a long time ago, and processed countless times afterwards.
It is probably the case that all models contain sounds and styles that were originally created several decades ago, and there is rarely anything REAL new.
This reminds me of the early internet days, my son is a programmer and had a small company for web sites, hosting etc. The applicants for jobs were coming highly qualified (?) from colleges, having learned how to manage a program (more or less) and with no idea of the coding behind it! I spent a lot of time finding and correcting simple issues overnight for him and not because I was capable of the job, but just because I could read html and make those little corrections.
The basic building blocks are important to understand, even if not using them.
