STYLE TOUCH

Tyros4 has something I haven't seen from other manufacturers:
Style Touch ON/OFF

It is most surprising that this is not standard on ALL keyboards, because this is an essential function for my desired expression.
(See page 36 in the Reference Manual).

   

OASYS, Kronos and Nautilus have this, but their version of Style Touch is infinitely better and almost without limitation in expression.

Regardless:
Tyros4 stands out as the best of all arrangers on this point, even if the possibility of expression is limited.
Even cheap models such as the PSR 3000 have Style Touch.

I think on the Pa700 you can apply velocity touch to the styles in the Global Menu. Mode preferences I think.

I also thought that this would work with Pa, but I haven't been able to, no matter what I've pressed.
Wish I could have gotten this to work...

This is easy to find on the Pa5X, but does not offer the same possibilities as on the Pa700:
Scale Mode/All Tracks does not exist; but Memory Mode, which contains Chord/Chord + Lower/Fix Arr. + Lower.

The only thing that happens, no matter what I set it to, is that only the drums are heard when I play lower, depending on the selected value.

This is not what I'm looking for, because I want the same effect as with Lower in the rhythm section.
This means that the strength of the estimate must be able to be varied.
The way it works now, it's either full level or nothing...
