DGX670 had Smart Chord feature available from it's launch day.

 Yes; Smart Chord is definitely something, and should have been standard on all arrangers. The version on the 920 is also much more advanced than the one on the DGX-670, in that the chord type and genre can be selected. Yamaha has done something really good here, which reminds me of OASYS and Kronos' Karma technology. Karma is also far more advanced than Smart Chord, and imagine if this was available on arrangers...

Chello. Correction... the Chord Type and Genre can also be selected on my DGX670.

This makes the DGX-670 even better than I realized, but I don't think I ever noticed how the feature could be used, as this video brilliantly demonstrates.
