TODAY'S HEALTHY POSITIVE
Today I bought an interesting instrument:
Rossmax pulse oximeter SB200 fingertip
* Rossmax pulse oximeter SB200 is used to measure arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate and blood vessel elasticity
* The meter is placed on the finger, and within 30-60 seconds you can read oxygen saturation, heart rate and elasticity
* Suitable for people with heart problems and lung problems such as bronchitis, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and more
* Also suitable for people who practice sports at high altitudes (such as mountaineering and skiing)
My result was far beyond expectations, and proves that the changes I have chosen and made myself actually work.
According to the medical profession, I should have had to use many medications to maintain my health, but I stopped taking them all completely over 20 years ago, and chose alternative treatments such as a conscious diet.
I have also chewed an Aspirin every day for a couple of years, and have reduced my tobacco use by over 50% in the last 8 months.
The only medications I take today are Bricanyl for Asthma and Aspirin, and my health data is now better than ever - as good as when I was 18.
