that depends on the production technique, for instance in techno reverb is also used for drum parts and they are using a technique called gated reverb.

But in general the reverb can be very powerful to modify things. Keep in mind that on the pa5x you can route the effects anyway you want (see the routing button and the cogwheels on the channels). you can set the routing for insert effects and master effects, so that can give very creative results.

I've created very in depth tutorials for the overb effect where I explain every parameter and the purpose and how to use it, but those are for other synths (they are also have the overb). For the pa5x I created a more simple tutorial where I show a general style and keyboard set and what you can do with some effect programming.

Im not sure if / how you can select what order the effects come in on pa700 - Pa4x
