FIRST OPINION ON STYLE FROM MIDI WITH 9000 PRO

FIRST OPINION ON STYLE FROM MIDI WITH 9000 PRO

The first problem turned out to be the USB floppy drive, which is not read by Style Works.
I therefore have to first save to a hard drive on the PC, and then copy the file to the USB floppy drive, and finally load the file to the 9000 Pro, which is however simple and fast.
Backward, but good enough.

But how does it sound without edits ?
I made a version of Money (Pink Floyd) as a first test.
It sounded pretty good, and all tracks appear MUCH more detailed than with the Pa5X.

Except for the drums, which seem tame, but this is partly because I use double drum kits on the Pa5X, and this is definitely noticeable.
I can make this for the 9000 Pro as well, but I have to use EMC Style Factory, as I don't know if this is possible to do on the keyboard; probably not.

The next thing that struck me was that the effects had less impact than they do on the Pa5X, but this could be because other effects than the ones I tried probably have to be selected.
It also feels very laborious to have to use the arrow keys all the time.

PRELIMINARY CONCLUSION:
Although all tracks are far more detailed than with the Pa5X, everything still appears more closed and lifeless, which is quite possibly due to the use of the wrong effects.

The perspective, however, is absolutely outstanding.

We'll see what I come up with on my next attempt.
Shared knowledge provides increased knowledge
Do the least possible and achieve the most possible
If we all share everything we have, we all have everything
Every theory is only a hypothesis until it is practically proven
