Terrible sound.

It sounds as if it was recorded in a muted basement room.
The sounds on the G2 are horrible anyway; like a Medeli AKX10.

I can't criticize anyone trying to produce keyboard content.
They moved to larger shop premises this year, Paul is just trying to do too much with too many irons in the fire at this time.
He also loves the Korg products. They prefer to sell Korg but a business can't survive on Korg alone.
Paul has a lot of knowledge, been playing keys for many years and is very helpful to customers without pushing for a sale.

Thank you for emphasizing that the company has done many good things.

Many will therefore have reason to believe that they thus deserve better criticism than what I give, but I am very critical of sound, and expect this to be done better than what they have done.

They may risk users not buying what they demonstrate, something they really don't deserve with their reputation in the industry.

Chello. I did not intend to criticise your comments regarding the video sound.
Having known Paul Carman for a long time when we attended twice a year music Festivals UK.
I just wanted to give a little more input about the plus sides of Keysound Retailer in UK.
The previous main owner unfortunately died suddenly and had a high reputation from manufactures and customers, I was a customer a number of times.

PS. Sorry, having trouble getting Font suitable sizes with this new Laptop.

Thanks again.
I know your intention was only good.
I also know that I can be quite provocative, but this is largely to bring out other people's opinions, which can be complementary and even result in me changing my opinion, as I have now, thanks to your explanatory comment.

Keysound Academy is a respectable company which, due to unfortunate events, received my negative comment.

I guess their sound will be as it should be when everything goes well.
