Qui Robinez tutorial

I have long wanted to support Chello on style creation, but lack the knowledge on conversion to Pa5x.
I had a look at Qui  Yamaha to korg conversion well explained as the structures are different and that would explain why some styles dont work.
I managed to download Cubase bur came across a problem i can`t solve. The template he has is completely different to the one on my PC.
Has anyone a templatei can use wgich separates each track.

I'd have thought the easiest way to create your own template is to load a .sty file that has had it type changed to a .mid file and then load it into any sequencer and strip out all the tracks not required which includes sysex and then save that as a blank template as it will have the tracks you want and the markers. You will probably have to rename the marker to match the Korg marker standard but other than that it shoddy work ok (I think!)
