"CIVIL WAR" AT KORG FORUMS ?

They have taken their money and run which is disgracefull.
I know first hand the undercutting and p/x been undercut, has put some retailers under financial pressure
Rimmers offered one customer £850 p/x on a genos and they were selling on ebay for 1500.
Korg have taken the initiative and will without doubt remedy most problems.
Remember Genos has 12 updates

Thank you for your comment.

Korg Forums has a lot of good people, and many of these have a Korg as part of their livelihood.
Several of these have a hidden job for Korg as alpha and beta testers, but this is kept hidden to the best of their ability, which they are partly obliged to do, as information about their work must not be leaked.

There are also many who post positively, but these are overtaken by a negative majority.

What is really special about Korg Forums is that anyone who wants to know something about Korg will find everything in one place.
Most members are also open to other brands, and often have many different ones.
Korg can thus use this as a source and save itself a lot of work.

Yamaha doesn't have anything similar apart from the PSR Tutorial, but there the trend is the opposite; whoever says something negative does not become popular.

Yamaha also consists of completely different users - most of them are ordinary people, simply because Yamaha's products are not intended for professional use at the same level as Korg is.

Yamaha users are also traditionally opposed to other brands, and have blind faith that Yamaha is the best.
Many people have recently lost this faith, and acquired a Korg in addition.
