2 Eq Bands Enough ?

As mentioned in my Previous post on only being able to boost or cut 2 frequencies in the Tyros4 voice set mode. 

I’m thinking do you really need more as In this case boosting two frequencies made the world of difference. 

Im wondering if using only two frequencies on my Pa700 Will make such a difference in some of its sounds.

You know bouncing ideas from one arranger another is interesting to see what sort of a reaction you get.

I don't see this as a problem at all; there is rarely a use for more.

And everything can actually be corrected and adapted with DSP effects, which are often a better solution, because these are far more adaptable than a standard EQ filter.

The less used, the better.

You actually have the right answer there - what you like is usually not completely wrong.

If you have reasonably good ears, they will tell you the truth.
