I can understand that, because John Hiatt has a very special voice and way of using it.  22

He also sings falsetto, which makes his voice particularly well suited to being used in multiple pitches; when he sings an A that should be 440 vibrations, his is something quite different - it's almost like the difference between tuning an instrument to 432Hz instead of the chamber tone of 440Hz.

That's exactly why John Hiatt is one of my favorites, because I've tuned my Pa5X to 432Hz, which sounds better than the standard 440Hz.
