Im fortunate to help out at two keyboard companies one of which has a Wersi Oax600
the first problem arose where some of the packages wern`t activated by the previous owner.
Also it wasn`t updated to the latest software.
I contacted Wersi with the organs serial number asking for the codes for the purchased NO REPLY
Secondly i noticed a battery light on the bottom of the screen but could not find anything in the manual about it.
I was then contacted to say the Wersi was dead.
It turns out their is a small internal battery that boots the Pc had died.
The result is Wersi has to be totally reinstalled with software etc etc.
This is after the owner had tried to speak to Wersi NO REPLY
Eventually we managed to speak to the Wersi rep who said they would get back to us
Its now 2 weeks and nothing
If this is the level of service I would not touch them with a a barge polll.
I also sent 3 emails NO REPLY

They have many problems with fixing the 3.0 software. That is no execuse, but they are rotating like hell to get the job done. But you are right, not to response to the customers is very bad. And that is exactly what happens seine many many weeks. It seems, that they are not able to fix the software.

I bought my Wersi at the end of last year, and have asked Wersi in Germany some questions when I first had it, and have had replies within a day, and sometimes within the hour. I even offered an OS function change suggestion, which was received well, and should go into a future update at some point.
There was an issue with a recent Patch that caused problems for some users, but now Patch 6 is out, everything is sorted.
In my experience, Wersi have been exceptional - but they are a small company, and maybe the Patch update urgency made them miss an email or two, I don't think you should blacklist them for a moment of chaos there end.

I think it important there are two sides to a story, however my experience was poor, we also contacted the wersi representative in the UK and there response didnt resolve the issue, fortunatly an online forum solved the problem
