They were found with AI, and I am therefore dependent on feedback from DGX-670 users to determine if they work well enough to continue.

Styles DGX670 Pack 1...Feedback Overall Poor. These are a complete mixed bag...No consistency between them regarding Style Part Volumes & OTS Volumes. Some with RevoDrum Noise Fills ?. None could have been tested on DGX ?. Some with editing could be made usable but with the many in-consistencies not worth the effort.

What keyboard model(s) do you have ?: SX900, E373, DGX-640
Location: U.S.
Bio: I took over 10 years of pianos lessons. I enjoy playing arranger keyboards but also play piano pieces.

I will try them on my SX900 when I have time, because if they work on DGX they should work on SX. Sometimes with these style downloads even if they are not polished or finished I view them as potential diamonds in the rough if they contain interesting style phrases, arps etc. that I have never heard before that I can use to build my own style.

Thank you very much for taking the time to test these and give a comment.
Your comment is instructive and worth noting, because you use the same criteria as I do.
The fact that these work so poorly with DGX shows that AI is an unreliable source for this work.
There is also a huge problem with styles that contain RevoDrum Noise Fills, because theory and practice do not match; it is impossible to remove such noise 100% for someone who knows how to listen.
When I had DGX, I tested all models' styles for this, and found that PSR-3000 was the best suited.

What keyboard model(s) do you have ?: Tyros 4
Location: Mandurah WA
Bio: Just a solo keyboard player loving my Tyros 4
Gender: Male
Country:
I did try a few of the "song styles" on my Tyros 4 and a lot have no OTS and the one thing that tends to give me negative thoughts is when there is just one single intro ..I tend to gravitate towards the normal 3 intro files as that means I can use intro 3 to start and then intros 2 and 1 can be useful as middle 8 breaks. I did find a few that only had Main A and B so does the DGX have just two main selections as I know a few of my Yamaha cheap keyboards had the intros and ends on one button and just two mains.
There however were a couple of styles (song ones) that sounded OK on my T4 balance wise and had OTS and the normal arranger 3 intro/3 ending/ 4 Mains setup. Regardless it's always worth a quick try of new styles as you can always delete them

Thanks for your participation.
The DGX has 4 Mains, and although there is only one button for Intro and one for Ending, it is possible to choose which of the 3 (when available) to play from the menu.
I consider the DGX-670 to be one of the best Yamaha has made to date despite its somewhat simple design.

Factory 9000 Pro & Flash styles are the solid choice; these styles work optimally with almost everything, unlike later Tyros, which present a number of challenges.
