STYLE CREATOR BOT: WRONG TRANSPOSITION & CHALLENGES

Almost all conversions from midi give wrong transposition in both Intro 1 and Ending 1, which is as expected, because no AI can handle this task without making extensive mistakes.

A really big challenge arises when the midi file has poorly synchronized sequences, because then it is impossible to correct transposition - nothing happens when you change the key in REC EDIT; i.e. the key changes, but sounds exactly the same as before the edit.

This can only be fixed with a midi editor or with Style Works by moving markers to the correct position.
If this is not done as described, the style must be rejected as unusable.


Today I experienced something for the first time:
A style showed B Major for Intro 1 and Ending 1 in REC EDIT, while Intro 1 actually played in A Major.

I had to change the display in REC EDIT for Intro 1 from B Major to A Major to make it play in the correct key, and some parts show (1+8) or sus even though I type the correct key..!


The only explanation I have for this phenomenon is that the midi file has a small (1/32 value) sync error at the beginning.

A lot of otherwise pro midi files have errors of this type.
