Do you ever get into a situation where your trying to work out why something isn’t working testing everything out banging your head against the wall a few times, only to find the solution it something incredibly simple or staring you in the face?
Today’s lesson I thought I would test out the previously mentioned connecting the audio from Genos to Pa5x and Paas.
I connected the cables as I thought was correct from the line out of the Genos to the Line In of Korg Pa5x, simple enough in theory.
So I thought I would test out a demo from the Genos to see how it sounded on the Pa5x.
Nothing.
So I double checked and rechecked everything.
Looked if there was a gain control, me thinking that’s just for the mic input.
I finally found the Control Tab along the bottom of the screen.
Lo and behold there was a fader for the line on / off. Is was disabled.
Once enabled everything worked as it should.
On a positive matter the Genos sounds brilliant through the Paas Speaker System.
