PA5X: THE MOST ANNOYING OF ALL - PROBLEMS SOLVED

Pa5X is full of surprises.
I thought from the beginning that all changes to a style's sounds would have to be made in REC/EDIT, which is totally wrong.

FORTUNATELY.

After looking in the manual (the original, because the new one lacks a lot of data), I saw that there should be an alternative way, but the manual was very fuzzy and messy in its description of how.

After pressing the keyboard a bit, I found the solution:
Press the STYLE/SONG button, then MENU, and select MIXER/FX.

A world of sorcery is opening up.

By using these features, you can now edit all sounds in a style directly without interruptions of any kind, and all selections are made for all elements of the style as expected.

Pa5X is insanely complex and advanced, and it will take years to learn basic functions - just about everything found in Cubase can be found on this keyboard.

I used to consider Kronos the most complex, but the Pa5X is many times as complex, and certainly no model from any manufacturer has such an insane number of good features built in.

The new features I now found make editing styles much easier and faster than on any other model I've had, and allow to save directly from wherever you make edits.

Better it cannot be done.
