OFF TOPIC...Dry eye problems.
For the past few years I have suffered dry eye problems.
Modern Computer Monitors are very bright.
I use eye drops and eye spray with limited success.
Recently In my Windows 11 (Search Bar) I typed Night Light which gives the option to reduce screen glare, this is different from adjusting brightness.
A slider provides for personal adjustment.

Topic Follow up...Microsoft are stated to be adding a number of Tint screen color options with future updates.

I'm hoping it will be an added option for all W11 versions because in my case I'm still on the older W11 32H2 and never install any feature updates,
I don't like Microsoft throwing OS features updates that one did not ask for or want.
I just update manually the security option only.

I've had the same problem for a while.
I haven't used any medication, but I've found other solutions that help occasionally:

I first reduced the brightness, but this didn't help enough.
Then I mounted the screen on a stand that allows for changing its height and distance from the user, which helped significantly more.

Vision changes from day to day, which means that the position of the screen also needs to be changed to be able to see clearly.

Some days I have to wear glasses, other days I don't.

It also helps to consciously move my eyes more than necessary.

The reason why I began scanning my music books and sheet music collection was to compensate for my dry eye condition.
However, I have consulted my doctor and he has prescribed drops for day time and a gel for night time. The results have been very encouraging and I would recommend anyone with this condition to consult a doctor and act on their advice.

Chris. I have used both Eye Drops, drops during the day and at night I also have the Night Gel.

They work but only for short periods of time.
If the night gel is used then eye bathing with warm water the following morning is required.

Most days I now use a Eye Mist Spray 15mle filled with bottled drinking water or boiled water kept cold in the fidge.
This keeps my eyes moisturised.
A few months off 90 I'm not complaining.
