MY PA5X WON'T BE SOLD
After having the keyboard for sale for 3 weeks, only 7 buyers have shown interest.
I first tried £3300, then £2900, £2700 and £2500.
A fool offered £2100.
Everyone argued, and made a big deal out of black spots.
Idiots.
So I removed the ad.
I have anyway raised funds for a MODX M76 by the end of November, and have put myself on the list of interested buyers.
The first batch of MODX M will arrive at Yamaha Norway on November 8th, and with a bit of luck I will get one from the first batch at the end of November.

Really pleased you didn`t sell as although i haven`t got one, your members would be lost without your expertise.
Also the keyboard market is all over the place and in this country its a ethnic group that are lowballing every person to build stock and then resell.
You would be able to get your price but you have to wait far longer for the right person buddy

Thanks for your praise.
I can do a lot more with the Pa5X than I have done, thanks in large part to the help of Robinez and Aripearlmusic.
Who knows what I'll do in the future.
The Pa5X can also do a lot more than it can today if/when Korg manages to fix the bug that prevents functions from being controlled with the sliders.
The MODX M can do all this and more, but the Pa5X is the only arranger that theoretically can do this.

Thank you for your appreciation of my work with the Pa5X.
The Pa5X is unique as a workstation, and it has the potential for further development via later updates like no other because it is Linux-based.
So far, the world has only seen a little of what the Pa5X is actually capable of.
In any case, Korg has set a new standard for interfaces with the Pa5X.

Personally I don’t think you will not regret not selling it.
Whilst im still ploughing my way through the Pa5x I think even with its faults it’s an excellent arranger.
And I can echo what Colin has said you have built up an amazing resource for Pa5x owners and other arranger keyboards for that matter.
I wonder how many people have switched to or from the genos 2 and Pa5x or vice versa?

I realized that I would regret selling the Pa5X, because no one else can do the same.
Many thanks for your big bouquet of flowers.
There is no doubt that many have gone from Genos 1 to Pa5X, while Genos 2 has probably cost Yamaha a lot of money, because no one wants it.
Many have also sold their Pa5x in favor of a Pa4X, but they will one day realize that they have made a big mistake.

That's great news because the Korg PA5X is a top-notch instrument, as you know, but there are still a few minor bugs that they will definitely fix.
