HOW TO INSERT AN IMAGE INTO YOUR POST

To insert an image into your post in the forum and have it appear directly in the post, do the following:

1: Create a thread/post/reply
2: Fill in the desired text
3: Click on "Click or drop some files here to upload..." in the Attachments window
4: Select the desired image from your hard drive
5: Click with the mouse on the place in the post where the image should be placed
6: Click on "Insert Into Post"
7: Click on "Post Thread"

I had been putting the images for my 'explanations' into imgur.com, and then LINKING them to the forum from there, using the Insert an image icon above the posting box. This certainly seems a much easier way of doing it.

But I suppose whatever image you want to insert into a posting, it's always a good idea to make sure it's the right size and appropriate for what you are trying to show. Hence my Topic on Manipulating images for putting up in the Forum.

My third statement is now incorrect, as you have shown us that you can put an image directly into the Forum without storing it elsewhere.

I am putting the 'adjusted image' of VOICE EFFECT from my Tyros 4 just below to check out what you have told us.

   

Looks just as perfect inserting it this way!
