HOW TO FIX BUTTONS THAT DON'T WORK
A traditionally placed arranger/synth has an awkward position when pressing the buttons.
When you press a button, your finger is almost never at an ideal mechanical angle - it typically hits the button at about a 45 degree angle.
This causes the button to touch the button frame and not respond as it should.
This is generally true for all devices, but is a distinct problem with the Korg Pa5X, which has a very poor design of the button frame that becomes apparent after a period of use.
SOLUTION:
After mounting the Pa5X at the top of the stand so that it is angled, I have not experienced any problems with the buttons' functionality - not once..!
