Thanks for your tutorial. Only you and I have this model, but the tutorial can be used for all models, as it is basic explanatory. Most members rarely comment - they just want things, and once they've got it, we'll have to be happy if they bother to press Thank You. That's how it is.

Chello. How true that is...Past 6 weeks near to us main road has been completely ripped up and fully restored over night for past 6 weeks.
This has greatly improved our lives by reducing traffic noise levels. I phoned our council road resurfacing department to say THANK YOU. The nice lady on the other end of the phone nearly fell off her chair because all they normally get is complaints.

An excellent example, which tells a lot about who you are.  I have done the same thing several times, but unfortunately this is a very unusual action, which some may think to do - but they never do. You and I do, and others should follow our example, so people in charge would have found it much easier and more enjoyable to do a good job. As it is, they only get negative reviews. Perhaps this has something to do with the fact that we have both had leading roles in working life, because this is typical (and required) of people in leading positions with responsibility for others. In any case, my mother taught me this already as a child. Calling someone the way you did saves the hour, day, week and month for both the person you called and yourself. We all get better by giving positive criticism when this is relevant.

Even though members may not own a particular model, it’s possible to carry over or adapt what you have learned to any make and model. Yes the way they operate is different but it’s still possible to learn something new or a different way of doing things. It’s a shame that more members don’t participate.
