DGX670. On board Style TEMPOs.
Why do all my built styles, any selected, give the same tempo setting ? The Frezze is not on. Selecting the TEMPO Button, only after pressing Plus & Min together do they show the Style default tempo.

I do not have this problem. Since this only applies to your built styles, this must be due to a setting that is active (or not) during storage. Try pressing TAP, and save again to see what happens ..?

Select a builtin Style Example BALLAD, now press Tempo to check it's reading...Now select another Ballad and check it's Tempo reading.

Understood. But would you mind checking your DGX for me please. Select a builtin Style Example BALLAD, now press Tempo to check it's reading...Now select another Ballad and check it's Tempo reading. This was the first thing I did - all internal and external styles change tempo as they should.

Chello. I have just received a reply from PSRTututorial Forum. Page 23 Reference Manual. I will check it. As I assumed, it seems that you solve your problem by changing the Playback Settings for Tempo to RESET..?

Chello. Correct...Saves me having to phone customer Support Monday. Feel silly when its a simple fix...Surprised keyboard reset did not fix it ? This is surprising, because the keyboard reset MUST set all values to default; including Tempo to RESET, which is the default value. This is definitely a BUG.

Chello. As a TEST...I have just put TEMPO back to LOCK...Then reset Keyboard last key right and now it does reset TEMPO to Reset as it should...So no BUG.
