Hi Graham,
The ModxM is a very diverse synth as a result of that its also very step learning curve but also capable of great things One of the problems I have found is that alot of the tutorials are based around the orinignal Modx & Modx+ and the screens for doing things are very slighly different which takes that bit extra time to figure out. I have had mine about 3 months now, I love it but still find it very frustrating at times finding out how to do things I am lucky that I have some experience with an arranger keyboard and with Cubase on the computer which helps a lot. BUt it dose fill a lot of my time in which is a good thing as it stops me getting into trouble My advise to anybody thinking of purchaseing one is, only buy it if you are prpaired to but the work in to learn it properly Brian |
