6 Years It’s Taken
#1
It’s now 6 years of owning the Korg Pa700, it’s turned out to be like an aging bottle of wine, which gets better as time has passed. No the hardware hasn’t changed, or the software for that matter. But the point I am now shows what can really be done if your prepared sit down and learn.

What I’m saying is sometimes you have to ignore all the things you are told you can’t do and think out the box.

Who would have thought that the Pa700 could do ambient reverb, I certainly didn’t until the last couple of months.

Who would have thought that a limiter could be used as a compressor, I certainly didn’t, although I had an idea of what one was I have never really sat down an gone in depth.

But now I have an idea of what does what.

By combining the dual reverb, and compression it yet again elevates what is possible and maybe still on the horizon.

Yes there is a lot of head scratching at times but when the key finally turns in the lock there’s a great sense of achievement.
