WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE OF A GENUINE AND A CLONED AMPLIFIER ?

All components should undergo individual complex tests, and especially semiconductors such as transistors.
The purpose of these tests is to find components with as similar values as possible, because this has a decisive impact on how well the circuit works.

For example, if you buy a batch of 10 identical transistors, these will measure differently if you subject them to complex testing.
If you buy 100, you're lucky if 10 of those measure well enough within targeted limited deviations.

CONCLUSION:
Many self-builders (also companies) believe and claim that they can make clones that are as good as the original by using the same components (or better) than what is used in the original.
This is very misleading, because they select components without testing each one before selection, and even if they had done this, they do not have access to the complex measuring equipment required.
Therefore, a clone will never be anywhere near as good as the original.

Only a few companies that produce clones spend time and resources on individual testing of components, and Breeze Audio is one of them.

That's why I buy clones from Breeze Audio, and not others.
