I have now tested a number of formats to find the ones that are best suited for conversion to Yamaha.
When it comes to converting to Yamaha, I use an older version of Style Works, because the latest one gives poorer results.
For Korg, it is the opposite.

Style Works also has a unique feature:
You can install an older version on a newer one - even without having to enter a code.
This makes it possible to switch between different versions in seconds - ingenious.

Styles from Ketron turned out to give poor results - all harmonic parameters were correctly converted, but the sound became dull and undynamic.
This applied to all models from Ketron (PAT format).

Korg has always given good results, so I started testing from Pa1X and beyond.
It turned out that Pa1X can not be used, because no endings are made - they show in Style Works, but not on A3000.
The same was the case with Pa2X; up to OS 2.0.
From there, everything is as it should be, and the sound is as good as anything else, and stable results are achieved without special edits - only certain styles must be left out.

The choice therefore fell on Pa2X OS 2.0 and upwards - Pa3X also gives the same stable results.
Pa4X cannot be used because the drums do not work properly.

In the future I will therefore convert special Korg styles to A3000, while Chris will convert packages to Tyros4.
My conversions will continue as long as I have the A3000, but it is very likely that I will sell both this and Pa2X to acquire a Korg Nautilus or Kronos in a few months - maybe before.
