Chello, Always thanks to you for your great work in this great arrangers forum.
By the way, I bought an old Korg PA2X Pro and I have converted songstyles from various models (Ketron, Yamaha, Roland, even Korg PA3X and PA4X) with Style Work XT Universal version 4.9991 and the result is very bad, they sound awful in my PA2X. Must I changed the instruments i the Style Work XT or later in my Korg arranger? Must I make other changes to improve the sound?
Thanks in advance.

@jucami
Thank you for appreciating my work for this forum - I really appreciate this kind of feedback.
Your question:
All conversions - especially from other brands - often require extensive changes of sounds on your arranger.
It is also important to know that not all models can be converted to Pa2X with a good result, no matter what you do.
Only a few models from Ketron are suitable (XD9 and maybe SD1), while Yamaha Tyros1 and above work very poorly, and Roland mostly work well.
In addition, effects should be used with great care when a style is converted from another brand, because many parameters will be incorrect.
It is usually enough to replace the GM sounds with internal ones; especially drums, bass, piano and guitar.
As a rule, all track levels must also be adjusted; especially when sounds are replaced.
The Pa2X has over 1000 GM2 sounds, making this perhaps the best model from Korg for conversion from other brands.
In any case, some work is required, and you have to try different sounds for all tracks sometimes.
This requires a certain amount of experience and can be difficult for many to achieve.

Thank you very much for your answer, I will try to learn more about the conversion of styles.
