I thought I would pass on what I’ve learned or at least my path into creating intros for styles on my Korg Pa700.
Intros and Ending Can have two chord variations.
When combining parts from different styles it’s worth noting that they might have a different number of bars in the intro and they may also be in a different key.
From what I understand that intro1 should have a major and minor chord variation.
For the country rock I set it to C major and then went through the different parts of intro1 had notes in the Key of C Major using the event editor it’s a little time consuming.
But all part of this style creation journey, maybe you would like to try?

My best styles I have created by copying tracks from intros/endings from other styles are those that have a slightly longer duration than the source style.
But a good rule is that the style(s) you copy from should have the same number of bars.
And of course the time signature must be the same - it can be different, but then a lot of weird things can happen.
The original tempo should also be fairly similar, otherwise everything can effectively crash.
A good style should also be able to function in both Major and Minor as well as advanced variants, although many good styles do not do this.
I tend to test styles by trying many different chords and tempos; both in intros, variations, fills and endings.
This test is a very important quality work that should be carried out both during production and after it is finished.
