Korg Pa700 Custom Style Number 3

Today Ive been working on a new custom style on my Korg Pa700, again I added some multi pads.

Ive called the new style Funk Style 1 its locate in the third slot of the user bank.

Im still to perfect the intro1 and ending1 but countin and ending3 work fine.

Anyhow feedback is again appreciated. Enjoy my latest addition to this custom style pack.

Ive been in conversation with Manoj Matthew regarding the intro1 and ending1 he informed me that the.the ntt you dont have to use no transpose as i was lead to believe. But Parallel root or fifth can be used. 

Ive yet to test this.

I will see if I can get him to join the forum I think he would be a valuable asset

I was actually going to suggest Parallel or Fifth.

It would have been great if Manoj Matthew joined us - he has made many very good tutorials, and is a very sociable and helpful person.

He will of course be assigned Supporter Member status if he joins.

I have tested your style - it is excellent.
Everything works very well, and you have managed to create a style that stands out from everything else out there, which is well done.

The pads that I use at the end may have a slightly too low volume.

You certainly have a talent for this.

Will need some more or create some new multi pads which can add to the styles.

I will crack the mystery of the intro and endings. We can also try some drum and bass tracks from Yamaha / other makes to see how well they work out.

I also think creating a new style first and then combining the tracks works better, just remember to save regularly and when you make changes. Your lucky with the Pa5x where it’s easier to a / b the styles prior to combining the tracks.

Is there a chance that you could upload the styles in Pa5x format so I can post on my Facebook groups as new additions get added to this style pack. Who needs Bonusware we no have our own Bonusware.

It’s been quite a productive few months with the dual reverb and now style creation.

You think quite like I do; also when it comes to pad volumes - they are very often too high in many styles.

I can of course upload your styles in Pa5X format - I do not make any edits, so that they appear as they are.
