MIXING PROBLEM SOLVED

I remember well my previous Audya 76 - I have one now too which needs to have the screen fixed.
This had the best drums I've heard in any arranger (also better than Genos).

However, every time I activated audio drums for a style, something "weird" happened:
All other instruments appeared indistinct and muddy.

Now I know what the reason is, because I experience exactly the same with the Pa5X when I add effects such as Reverb Room and Stereo Compressor - all other instruments get a significantly lower volume than before, and also become indistinct and muddy.

When I use Stereo Limiter instead of Stereo Compressor, I can use this to increase the dynamics of all other instruments - they actually get better dynamics than original, without the actual volume control having to be adjusted.

So if (when) I get the screen on my Audya fixed, I can probably also solve the problem on this, if I find an effect similar to the Stereo Limiter.

Exactly.
But the big difference between the two is that while Stereo Compressor compresses the sound image, the opposite happens with Stereo Limiter - it opens up.

The difference is like night and day, and bass drums in particular get a punch that can't be achieved with any other effect, as far as I know.
