This contradicts Norway's guidelines for payment of Norwegian VAT, which state that this must be paid after the goods have been received.<br />
<br />
This means that the individual's rights are limited, restricted and violated.<br />
<br />

A while ago I contacted ID Musikk who are Ketron's distributors in Norway.<br />
<br />
I wanted more information about a hard drive for the Ketron Audya 76 that they sell.<br />
<br />
Since the price was sky-high - 350 GBP, I took it for granted that all necessary files were included, but wanted this confirmed before purchase, as well as the necessary installation procedures confirmed.<br />
<br />
The answer I got was doubly shocking:<br />
The hard drive (an obsolete SSD type) was without data..!<br />
<br />
I can get an identical hard drive for a tenth of the price without any problems..!<br />
<br />
This hard drive is also a type that Ketron stopped selling many years ago, because it did not work well enough.<br />
<br />
And guess what - Ketron USA (Ajamsonic) and ID Musikk have bought up huge quantities of these and are selling them at exorbitant prices..!<br />
<br />
ID Musikk would not be helpful in getting a hard drive with all the necessary files - they don't know what customer service means.<br />
<br />
<br />
So I will probably have to make it myself, as I have done before, but this is a huge job that I would rather not have to do, because I would have to reconstruct its entire OS at PATA speed.<br />
<br />
Companies like ID Musikk result in no sensible people buying a new Ketron in Norway, because customer service is non-existent, and they have the highest prices in the world for Ketron products.]]></description>

This is a company that everyone probably knows about worldwide.<br />

The reason is that with my fiber network from Altibox I have "free" access to Netflix, by choosing from the points I have.<br />
<br />
I therefore ended my many years of subscription to Netflix, and chose this "free" with points from Altibox.<br />
When I later opted out of Netflix and chose another instead, my bank account was automatically debited by Netflix..!<br />
<br />
I sent a complaint to Altibox where I demanded my money back and that THEY should arrange this, which they reluctantly agreed to - they claimed that this was <span style="text-decoration: underline;" class="mycode_u">my</span> responsibility..!<br />
<br />
I got the money refunded, but the same thing happened again later - my bank account was debited once again, and I repeated the claim to Altibox, whereupon they said that this was the last time they would arrange a refund.<br />
<br />
When I go to My Page at Netflix, I see that the card details still exist, even though I am no longer a customer.<br />
Worse - I cannot DELETE them, and there is no way to contact Netflix.<br />
<br />
This is a serious breach of GDPR and should have been reported to the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS), but I don't trust them to do their job, as with everything else these days.<br />
Both Netflix and Altibox violate GDPR in this case.<br />
<br />
I have made countless complaints to public authorities over the past few years, but have never been heard, while in previous years I won all of them.]]></description>

I found the music and the charge was small so i bought it,tried to come out and it tried offering a subscription which i declined, It then it said can i improve offer again i came out.<br />
Now i may have missed something but it kept on taking me too muse hub and then i came out again.<br />
Lo and behold I got charged a £50 subscription that i didnt no i had authorised.<br />
Even worse it was for 3 months. I went straight onto their website and tried to navigate to customer service absolute joke.<br />
When i got through too chat they claimed they were busy, but every enquiry they showed was about subscriptions.<br />
I waited on line for 60 minutes and then gave up.<br />
Paypal said because the payment had gone through they couldnt do anything.<br />
<br />
I couldnt understand it, then i realised i had bought a piece of music and thats how they had my details.<br />

In my ignorance, I was led to believe that this was Yamaha's responsibility, and I have spent a lot of time without getting a refund - it has been over 1 month since I notified them, and a refund should have been made within 14 days from that date.<br />
<br />
What is the basis for 4Sound Stavanger's behavior can be wondered about, while 4Sound Central is almost even worse, as they insisted that the product was purchased in a physical store and thus not covered by the right to a refund..!<br />

I have had repeated negative experiences with my local 4Sound in Haugesund in previous years, which resulted in me choosing the one in Stavanger instead.<br />
<br />
Now it turns out that all 4Sound branches are equally bad, and I will <span style="text-decoration: underline;" class="mycode_u">never</span> consider shopping at 4Sound again.<br />
<br />
So Norway's largest music store is the worst in the industry, and I would strongly advise against anyone shopping at them.<br />
<br />

<span style="font-style: italic;" class="mycode_i"><span style="color: #e82a1f;" class="mycode_color">Yamaha has forced through an arrangement with its dealers that they call "Agent sales".</span></span><br />

This means that the store can only function as an intermediary for the customer if the right of cancellation is to be used.<br />

<span style="font-style: italic;" class="mycode_i">The refund is thus made by Yamaha, while the store has lost its ability to directly pay the customer back.</span><br />
<span style="font-style: italic;" class="mycode_i"><span style="color: #e82a1f;" class="mycode_color">This model of buying and selling should never have been approved, because consumer rights are being trampled upon and harmed.</span></span><br />
<br />
The company I bought from has been exceptional in its assistance in getting the transaction reversed, but Yamaha does not respond to their repeated reminders.<br />
<br />
The customer must therefore contact Yamaha themselves, which proves to be very difficult, because the correct address to contact is cumbersome to find, and Norwegian customers are redirected to Germany - there is no one to contact in Norway..!)<br />

It has now been 1 month since I notified them of the desired use of the right of cancellation, but Yamaha still has not sorted it out.<br />

Consequently, I stopped the subscription, but have since been plagued with repeated reminders in the form of pop-ups, which behave like aggressive viruses with an almost threatening content.<br />

One of the worst is the developer of Korg Pa Manager, who couldn't stand me claiming that the program wasn't working as it should.<br />
As a result I was banned for life.<br />

I was Global Moderator there for over a year, and was active in all areas of the forum, which made the others with the same position strongly dislike my presence.<br />
They tried many ways to get me removed, and apparently finally managed to influence the admin to exclude me.<br />
He kept all of my work, and has it available to this day.<br />
Almost all material you find there is stolen from other forums.<br />
This forum's admin has launched a witch hunt to smear me, and bears a large part of the blame for others' participation in this.<br />

Made up of many of the best known in this type of forum, they generally have a low threshold for matter-of-fact and professional behavior, as most of the staff lack basic manners, and obviously haven't read the guidelines either.<br />
The administration has for many years banned me without any valid reason, and at the same time they have systematically aspersed me and my forum.<br />

Consists of just about anything crawling and walking by people who have anything to do with Korg, but lacks competent moderators, which allows extremely rude comments.<br />
Many of the moderators show inappropriate behavior, and several manufacturers act as if they are moderators, while harassing people who have a negative experience with their products.<br />
One of the worst is the developer of Korg Pa Manager, who couldn't stand me claiming that the program wasn't working as it should.<br />
As a result I was banned for life.<br />

They banned me for life after reading comments in other forums.<br />
That's how frivolous you can get.<br />
