My unit
I recently ordered a NEW? sound card to use for my Pa3X.
My surprise was big when I unpacked this, as it was full of ugly scratches on the back, and the connection for USB 3.0 was broken.
Everything was in original packaging, with plastic sealed box.
However, there is no doubt that the product has been used, as the cable bag is opened and then taped again, plus there are grease marks on the entire product.
The scratches on the back are some of the worst I have seen, and there are also scratches on the front.
The sound card was purchased from Norwegian Musikktorget AS.
I am now waiting for a return slip to send it in return, and fortunately have not paid in advance.

the Black list gives insight to soo many dodgy companies and misrepresented products

Thank you for your enthusiasm for my Black List.
I also have the following update on this case:
Early today I received an email from Musikktorget AS, where they credited me for the cost, plus I can keep the product.
This shows that Musikktorget AS is still a serious company, since they sort out the problem as they do.
I will test the sound card during the day.
