My Korg Workflow - musicalmemoriesuk - 01-25-2022
As with my Tyros4 workflow when I find a particular style that I can use or want to use with a particular song I use a system of two sets. Firstly set1 which is all factory, user styles sound and sets. Basically a full save all backup with factory protection off. Secondly set2 (Direct Set). I copy any style which I will use with a particular to one of the Direct Set Style Slots which have been renamed to duplicate the Factory Bank Names.
You might ask why not just use songbook entries well it’s quite easy to fill all the user banks and then your kind of stuck. But when using the direct folder it gives you the option to just assign a different direct folder which like the songbook set lists could be named to a particular set etc.
I just use the user banks to audition any new styles or resources that may come along.
