Have been offered a pa5x at a really good price but will have ti sell the MOdxm which i love what to do

The only sensible solution I see is that you keep your MODXM and buy a Pa5X in addition.
This is because the MODXM is probably irreplaceable in relation to your choice of music, and has sounds that are not found on the Pa5X.
A synth is a fairly necessary and useful tool for setting up complete melodies.
For me, the choice would have been VERY easy, because I have both OASYS and Kronos, and one of these will always be kept, because a synth is necessary for creating new sounds.
