HOW TO CREATE NEW STYLES WITH UNEXPECTED EFFECTS - Chello - 06-23-2026 HOW TO CREATE NEW STYLES WITH UNEXPECTED EFFECTS As I've probably said several times before, different effects affect each other. If you replace e.g. bass and drums on a style with someone from another style, this is exactly what happens - sometimes one or more effects in Master FX have to be turned off or changed so that everything doesn't sound sick, while other times this works positively and creates an effect that is unique and works exceptionally well. If you are using OS 4.0 or later, the Pa5X arranges all effects automatically, and it is very rare that this doesn't work well, because effects that don't fit together are automatically disabled. With previous OS, it was common for such combinations to often not work at all - the keyboard hung up, the sound collapsed and a restart was required. So Korg has done something right along the way, and created an arranger with features no one else has. |
