Combining two or more pages of PDF Sheet Music into ONE PDF file

To do this you need a PDF program (App) that will enable you to manipulate PDF files.
I have downloaded PDF24 (which is FREE to download and use), and have already posted some information about how I have used this program.

There are plenty of instances when you might wish to combine two or more PDF pages into ONE PDF. If you have been downloading CHRIS’S SIMPLE SONG SHEETS WITH YAMAHA STYLES you will have come across several downloads where there are two pages of sheet music.

Eg:  https://chellos-keyboard-players-club.com/Thread-My-favourite-things-LARGE-SHEETS
First, download the music sheets to somewhere on your computer where you can find them again.

Run your PDF program (in my case PDF24 splits into two .. PDF24 Launcher and PDF24 Toolbox) .. and what you’re looking for is Merge .. which in my case is one of the options in the PDF24 Toolbox.

Click Merge PDF and you get this:

Clicking Choose files will show the Folders on your computer .. so navigate to where those two PDF music sheets are .. and ‘highlight them’.

If the files are together, then clicking on the first file, holding down the Shift key and clicking on the last one will highlight the files in a block.
If they are in separate places, click the first one, hold down the Ctrl key and click each file you want to include one after the other .. and then release the Ctrl key.

Then click Open and the highlighted files will be inserted into the program.

Note: The order the files will be placed in the single PDF can be changed by drag and drop. If you can’t see clearly what those files are, then clicking on the PLUS sign (+) in the magnifying glass (indicated by the blue arrow) will bring the file up full screen so you can see clearly which files you are about to merge.

To get these PDFs into ONE PDF click Merge.

You get this message:

And finally this ...

Note: This ‘merged’ file has been given the name merged.pdf by the program (as indicated by the blue arrow). All ‘merged’ PDFs are given the same name .. so we need to give the file a NAME that we will recognise .. and put it somewhere where we can find it again.

Click on Save.

You will be taken to the Folders on your computer to decide where you want to put it; and at this point give it a NAME.

I shall save it in the same Folder I had created for Chris’s music for this piece.
And change the name from merged.pdf to My Favourite Things.pdf.

And then click Save.
