The 7 Levels Of Hi-Fi Systems (Cheap To Insane) - Graham UK - 05-15-2026 The 7 Levels Of Hi-Fi Systems (Cheap To Insane) My early years of Audio interests remembers these times. I was fortunate It turned into my full time employment...Doing something you enjoy is not work. RE: The 7 Levels Of Hi-Fi Systems (Cheap To Insane) - Chello - 05-15-2026 âš…Graham Thanks for the interesting video. I must be Level 8, because I've passed all the others..! I've been making my own and other people's speakers for many decades, and have tried most of the equipment, as well as working according to theories and practices, plus developed my own theories and systems. I also have advanced measuring equipment, but prefer to use my ears. I just got my hands on the ultimate preamplifier, and have already had a similar power amplifier for a few years. And horns... I'm currently expanding my horn system with my own patented Compressor Planar Membranes, which are stretched on the outside of the horns. The difference without and with these is insane, and has to be experienced to be believed. When these are finished, I'm going to build a couple of bass cabinets with the 2 16" units I got yesterday, which will be tuned to the upper bass range/lower midrange to give real punch in this area. Sound is a fantastic experience when everything is optimized. |
