YAMAHA AND THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Yamaha has developed negatively by showing very poor customer service when using the right of cancellation.

As a result of stubborn distributors, Yamaha has forced through a system where the customer pays directly to Yamaha when purchasing.
This means that the store can only function as an intermediary for the customer if the right of cancellation is to be used.

The refund is thus made by Yamaha, while the store has lost its ability to directly pay the customer back.
This model of buying and selling should never have been approved, because consumer rights are being trampled upon and harmed.

The company I bought from has been exceptional in its assistance in getting the transaction reversed, but Yamaha does not respond to their repeated reminders.

The customer must therefore contact Yamaha themselves, which proves to be very difficult, because the correct address to contact is cumbersome to find, and Norwegian customers are redirected to Germany - there is no one to contact in Norway..!)

It has now been 1 month since I notified them of the desired use of the right of cancellation, but Yamaha still has not sorted it out.

Where did my right to a refund within 14 days of notification of withdrawal become ?

Yamaha doesn't seem to be interested in getting customers in Norway, since all inquiries from Norway are redirected to Germany.

I'll take them at their word and not buy another Yamaha product again - they'll have to prove they know basic manners first.

NEVER AGAIN A NEW YAMAHA
