The Pa5X can only record in the damned useless Mp3 format, and the Grandstage X can't record at all.
In that regard, I did a random search on the web for a portable audio interface, and found the Korg PianoRec - demonstrated with the KORG GRANDSTAGE X.

Number of bits: 24 bits
