GROOVYBAND LIVE
This is a company that specializes in creating arranger styles for MODX and others.
They offer their own software and their own style packs.
I downloaded a demo version of the software, but it was impossible to install due to problems with the screen resolution, but changing this to the specified one did not help.
I also bought a style pack that I could not use, because I thought that these were ready-made styles that could be loaded into MODX M.
They never answered my questions about the above, but arrogantly replied that they could refund part of the amount - they had to keep about 10€ to cover the expenses they have already incurred (Stripe fees and other administration fees)..!
IMPORTANT !
Groovyband finally replied that their software does not work with MODX M - it only works with MODX, MODX+ and Montage.
And it takes 5-10 days for the money to be refunded.
They have thus earned a place on my blacklist - a company that treats its customers so arrogantly deserves no customers !!!
