JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES NEVER CAME BACK
Here's a funny incident that happened in the 90s.
This was before I met my wife, and I lived in a central apartment in the center of a city.
All my siblings were religious; one of my brothers was Pentecostal, the other and my sister Jehovah's Witnesses.
I was myself, and was regularly visited by my siblings, because they wanted to "save" me from eternal damnation.
I had no problem arguing with them, but made it clear that they had to respect my views, because I respected theirs.
One day the doorbell rang, and outside stood a nicely dressed man and informed me that he was from Jehovah's Witnesses.
I did as I usually do - said no thanks and slammed the door in his face..!
However, he was a little faster than me, because he put his shoe between the door and the frame just as I slammed the door shut, and when I saw this, I pulled extra hard.
He screamed AAUUU !!!
He then managed to twist his foot free from the shoe (an expensive patent shoe) as he hurriedly limped away.
The shoe was left behind.
The next day I was visited by my brother, who told me about the incident, which had been discussed in an internal meeting, and he realized that it was me they were talking about because of the address.
If they had asked him first, they would have been advised not to seek me out with the intention of converting, because he knew how I would react.
I made an agreement with him that I would be "peaced" and never be visited by Jehovah's Witnesses again.
He took the shoe with him when he left.
That's how it went - I was never visited by them again.
A few years later, all my siblings left their religion, and I welcomed them back.

A Jehovah's witness knocked at a house.
House owner answered...Hello the owner said you look tired come in and have a cold drink.
House owner then said now what do you want to ask me.
Jehovah's witness replied I don't know because I have never got this far before !!!

Does anybody have fake worship songs to share?

For a while I would gather any I found into a folder I called Hymns, Christian, Religious. Usually whatever collection I found would have categorised them, I just put them all in together.
It's here, if you want to have a look through them for anything interesting.

There are several of our members with a faith in Jesus.
Even if you were a JW, you are exempt from everything they stand for, and are a good example of how all people should be.
People can believe what they want, as long as they behave like decent people and respect the views of others.
