Despite what I've said recently about the Pa5X approaching its limit, the developers have managed to do something unexpected with the latest OS:
The capacity for styles created from midi has been dramatically increased - I just imported a style made from midi that was 65kB (Pa4X format), while the previous maximum was about a little over 50kB.
This is also a very complex style with many bars in intros, variations and endings, as well as max sounds in all style parts, which are all programmed differently (the midifile has 15 tracks).
And for the first time, the Pa5X has chosen Factory sounds for both drums and perc, plus for Acc 5.
This is a strong indication that Korg has prepared the Pa5X for Style Bot, and I'm very excited about its actual capacity.
