Ketron event uses .ENC file extension for some files / styles etc.
Is .ENC a type of compression and if so what programme can decompress .ENC file extension files?

ENC files are encrypted style and sound files. There is nothing you can do about it; they cannot be decompressed and are linked to the keyboard serial number.
Only Ketron (and selected style developers) can do this.
