DISCRIMINATORY REQUIREMENTS REGARDING THE USE OF MOBILE PHONES AND APPS
I have been against it from the start - it requires a mobile phone and an app for almost everything.
I met the latest requirement today when I had to log into my online bank, and could no longer log in in the usual way, as a suitable mobile phone with an app is now required to log in.
I therefore no longer have access to my own bank, and cannot manage my own money.
What will be next ?
That I must have a suitable mobile phone and app to log in here ?

Why do they assume everyone has Mobile Phone.
So much for the Internet improving things because everything now takes longer.
Supposed to have a separate password for every account.
I can not fully understand these Password Managers...Am I the only one ?.

I have sent a complaint via email, and received this automatic reply:
Is it urgent? Then we would very much like to talk to you on phone 55 26 00 00 or chat when you are logged in to the online bank.
The funny thing is that I also don't have access to the chat, because this only works when I'm logged into the online bank, which is impossible.
System administrators must be complete idiots.
