PA5X: MISSING DISPLAY OF ACTIVE EFFECTS FOR DRUM EDITOR IN LEVEL INDICATOR
After working with the Drum Editor in different windows, I have for a long time established that there is a difference in the sound when an effect is switched off or on, even if it shows no effect on the level indicator.
When the Drum Editor is used in different windows to add effects, there is a very clear difference in the sound when selecting e.g. Stereo Compressor, although it does not affect the level indicator when these are switched on.
By exploiting this fact, it is possible to achieve a far more authentic sound than it is by only using the Drum Editor in its standard window.
This is absolutely no problem, but is important to be aware of.

excuse the confusion ive been away all week, the acoustic drums are excellent how are you acheiving this

- Mixer/FX EQ: Boosted bass with +3.5 dB as well as drums/perc. by +2.5 dB (may vary)
- Insert FX: Added compressor for bass; usually not for drums.
- Master FX: Added acoustic effects in FX1, FX2 and FX3 when these have had none.
- MFX Send: Adjusted all active and inactive elements in the Drum Editor for Drums/perc.
The most important thing here is what is done in MFX Send, and how much each individual element is regulated; and whether it should be regulated at all.
