Is it me or do Yamaha styles seem alot less balanced than Korg?

It's not you, it's Yamaha, and especially the T4.
This is very poorly balanced (mixed), like almost all other later Yamahas.
DGX is one of the exceptions; just about everyone else is lousy balanced.
Korg is far better, but the Pa5X is the worst mixed so far.

Reverb seems to be way too wet.

Exactly.
In addition, the various tracks are very poorly balanced; styles such as Etheral Movie, which is a fantastically good style, has a church organ that is almost inaudible.
However, OTS is the worst of all, because the composition is completely idiotic and, in addition, very unbalanced.
The Tyros4 is a very good keyboard, but requires a good deal of personal corrections and adaptations.
With everything properly adjusted, this is one of my absolute favorites.
