I installed this in June this year, and experienced the following:
I was billed twice and it did not work for my Win Server system.
I then immediately announced that I would avail of their money back guarantee.
To date, I have never received a refund, although I have made repeated complaints via email, Facebook and Twitter.
I have also been charged every month to date.
They have recently promised to repay what they owe me, but I doubt this will ever happen, and have blocked the card and changed bank account for security.
