Todays Experiment - Korg Pa700 - musicalmemoriesuk - 01-26-2023

Following yesterday discussion about the sound through the Korg Pa700 speakers.

The following settings gave the sound quite a boost, I did re enable the Limiter. But the results gave a much fuller sound through the speakers. Not sure if Im using the right parameters but the results are much better.

@Musical Memories

This can be called an effective edit.
Incidentally, pay attention to what your LOW regulation at 100Hz does:
This frequency is particularly sensitive to unwanted standing waves in the bass area, and is rarely used, but Cambridge Audio uses this as the center frequency for bass boost.

If you have problems with 100Hz standing waves in your listening room, this will be able to dampen or increase these effectively.
Personally, I avoid using this center frequency, and prefer a lower one at max 80Hz.
40 - 50Hz is usually most suitable, but I also have no problems with standing waves in my listening room; absolutely zero.

What is important is that YOU are satisfied with the sound in YOUR room.

I have tried these frequencies with my headphones with the gain obviously a lot less keeping to the +/ - 3db max again the results were pretty good.

Yes I was using my ears when making the adjustments definitely not flat sounding now
