It’s a Genos 1 not 2 just a Genos 2 box. But I’m not complaining. When the Pa5x arrives I will put the the audio from the Genos into the Pa5x and out to the Paas.

Many who have bought keyboards from me have had similar experiences, because I have used all kinds of boxes. Lots of funny feedback..!
You will definitely immediately notice the difference between the Tyros4 and the Genos1.
I found the Genos1's keys to be a little better than the Pa5X, while others say the opposite.
We'll see what YOU think.
The Genos1 is a very good keyboard when everything is adjusted optimally, but the factory settings are terrible.

I’ve got to try a convert some registrations from Genos 2 to 1 for someone just wondering if there’s a package that will do this?
Just an update had an email from Korg who informs me the Pa5x and Pass should be here on Thursday

Murray Best's Yamaha Registration Manager will help do this. I don't have a lot of experience with it, but it will do batch conversions. First install the basic program, then contact Murray for the latest version update which will have G1 and G2 included. His email is in the program's About Menu.

Just had a thought now I will be able to test out the Yamaha Midi to Style software, to see what results that generates on the Genos , and possibly from there upload for conversion to the Pa5x.

great let us know the results, I think it works really good, i've created a tutorial for it last year for how to use that program on the genos and pa5x.
