Run Linux from USB without installing.
#1
If interested I have been running Linux On Widows Laptop without having to install.
Run Linux From USB Stick Without Installing. Download  Rufus.ie   &  LinuxMint.com

Search YouTube KnowledgeSharingTech  for info how to using Refus to make USB Persistant Bootable.
I'm using 32GB. Rufus can be set auto partition USB.
I have set 24GB working space leaving 6-7GB for Linux Mint OS
Set PC to Boot option first to USB...Or if no USB inserted PC boots to Windows as normal.
Modern fast USB is benificial for speed.

Second day with Linuxmint running from USB.

Main benefit is I can within 5 minutes boot & run LinuxMint from 32GB USB without interfering with my main Windows11 which lays dormont until USB is removed.
Any settings in Mint, like Internet etc are saved within the USB, so when re-booting to Linux again my settings are still as saved.
This gives plenty of time to learn Linux and find replacement programs for when the time is right to ditch Microsoft.
I'm surprised how fast & smooth Linux runs from a simple USB and I'm no longer bombarded with the the clutter Microsoft keeps throwing at me.
